Holland Customer Service and Carrier of the Year Awards Continue to Arrive

In the very first year of presenting transportation supplier awards, Ravago Americas LLC singled out Holland as its Regional Carrier of the Year. The selection process was based on a number of key supply chain metrics as well as overall customer service. Being selected as the top regional carrier among the 70 carriers that serve Ravago demonstrates Holland’s success in consistently delivering outstanding transportation service, and living up to the promise of “The Holland Difference.”

“It’s great to be first,” says Scott Ware, president of Holland. “In Ravago’s first-ever carrier awards ceremony, Holland was selected as their top regional carrier, which we consider a great honor. Thanks to Ravago for relying on us as one of their trusted transportation partners, and thanks to everyone at Holland who plays a role in serving this important customer.” 

In his email announcing the award, the Ravago representative cited Holland as being a carrier able to “rise to the occasion when necessary.” He went on to state the importance of Holland’s ability to understand the customer’s pain points, and provide solutions across all aspects of the supply chain.

The award was presented to Jim Ferguson, VP of Sales & Marketing and John Ashworth, Corporate Account Executive, at the April 20 Ravago Carrier Awards Ceremony held in the company’s headquarters in Orlando. 

Ray Greer, President, BNSF Logistics, LLC announced Holland as their 2015 Supplier of Excellence Award recipient for the Regional LTL category, stating: "BNSF Logistics continually strives to provide the highest level of customer service to our clientele, and we couldn't reach the level of satisfaction we have without companies like Holland to help meet and exceed the expectations of our customers." 

Greer continued to say, "Throughout 2015, Holland has demonstrated excellence by delivering on capacity commitment, complying with service requirements of BNSF Logistics customers, proactively communicating with operations personnel when concerns occur, and ultimately allowing BNSF Logistics to provide the high level of service they have come to be known for."

This was followed up by a presentation from the Newell Brands as Holland was honored with the 2015 LTL Regional Carrier of the Year award. The awards ceremony was held May 12 at the Newell Rubbermaid Office in Atlanta, GA. The award was presented to Holland "because of your hard work, dedication to our account, and our companies strong partnership."
