Our team-oriented environment focuses on maintaining diesel engines, forklifts and trailers by performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance, fabricating, welding and material handling. As a Holland mechanic, our goal is to reduce equipment downtime, facilitate DOT, CSA and PM Program compliance. We work to increase the safety and reliability of our equipment. Our mechanics have industry-leading training. Are you currently attending or recently completed a vocational school program for Mechanics? We have a great opportunity for you! Holland is now offering a Mechanic Apprentice Program at most of our Equipment Maintenance Centers. This program gives an opportunity to work along side a qualified Mechanic to gain the skills/knowledge necessary to become a full time Mechanic with Holland. Candidates being considered for the Apprentice program will have general Mechanical knowledge and have an interest in becoming a full time Mechanic with Holland.
